  • I'm in! My first Challenge, Yay!

    Okay, my goals are as follows:
    ~Do JM's 30 Day Shred 1 three times per week
    ~Exercise six times per week for at least thirty minutes each time
    ~Progress to JM's 30 Day Shred 2 by the last week of December
  • I'm going to shoot for 1400 this month. Wish me good health and maybe I'll make it this time!

  • Well here goes another month hopefully I reach my goal this time. I realized with last month I probably set my minutes a little too high I guess I forgot that I would be gone for a few days and then it took a day or 2 to get back into the routine.

  • A slow start to December for me, but I've started to pick it up. I did my first run in 3 months yesterday...just a one miler, but you've got to start somewhere.

    I'm switching to the power walk dvd's, ladies. I just can't take running in 15-20F degree weather.
