Alright, I am signing up too. Not sure if I can lose 25 lbs by Memorial Day cuz the way my body's been acting lately but I'll definitely give it my best shot. I can aim for 10 lbs and anything more will be bonus

Memorial Day Goal: 158.75
My basic plan is: counting calories and exercise. Lately, I've been working out twice a day. I do my cardio before I leave for work. Evenings, I alternate between strength training, abs and some step workout of my own. Of course, DST happened and it is screwing up my routine. Today, I just couldn't wake up. I hope I get back in routine soon.
