I had a 456 deficit today. Ate 1240 calories today.

Haven't gotten on the scales in a couple of days - it seems to be tripping me up!

Reading through the posts, everyone is doing so good.

Congratulations grapecoffee on your loss! I hope I can post one up there soon too.

I got my protein up to a decent amount today. I'm still working on that.

Way to go Grapecoffee!

I had a deficit of 722 yesterday.

It's going to be hard for me not to rush home tonight, our two goats became parents overnight! There is a little white bleating kid in their house and I'm worried/excited that mum and baby will be ok. This is the first baby they have had. Dad is strutting round the pen looking extremely proud. It's going to be hard enough leaving them both to go to work!

Baby goats are amazingly cute! I miss mine. I sold them when I got a two year full-time position. They are great and loyal pets.

I've been doing some reassessing this morning and won't bore you with the details. I put them in another thread. But I'm feeling kind of sober and contemplative. Not bad just .... feeling the weight of my weight being my responsibility.

Hey gang . . . how's it going? Congrats to all on the successes, they're what keep all of us going.

I was sidelined yesterday with a migraine. I didn't go to work, and I did not exercise. I slept the majority of the day, so I didn't eat anything until later in the evening. I still feel pretty icky, so I haven't walked or anything today, either. I feel so guilty But at least I'm back to eating better today.

My deficit for Wednesday was 590
My deficit for Thursday was 698

I'm hoping to improve on both of these today, and the rest of the weekend.

TGIF!!

Smile Drumroll please...

I just got back from a one month checkup for my cholesterol and the results are AWESOME!

Last month:
Cholesterol: 244
HDL: 55
LDL: 170

This month:
Cholesterol: 130
HDL: 54
LDL: 68

Woo-hoo!!

The doctor had put me on Vytorin 10/40 (samples, even). He was VERY impressed with my results. He said that I must have changed my diet too because normally the results with Vytorin aren't that good. Maybe it was the cheerios or oatmeal every morning?? Then again, losing a few pounds is also good.

He gave me another month's worth of Vytorin 10/20 samples plus a prescription to fill. Since we are going to quit "practicing" to have a baby in a month (in other words, actually TRY), he wants me to finish out the samples and then wait a week to start the attempts to conceive. (I've never tried THAT before, so I'm not sure how successful we'll be.) Anyhow, this doctor is REALLY nice. He asked me if we had anyone lined up to take of me during the pregnancy and I told him no. He pitched himself so he's now going to be our baby doctor too (if we end up needing one).

So... It's almost 1 pm here and I'm hungry! My DH called me at 11:30 to tell me he couldn't meet me for lunch after my appointment. Drat. I guess it's vegetable beef soup for me. I guess that's healthier than the Chinese buffet, but I was really looking forward to the chicken and broccoli.

Well, I lost 1.5 pounds since the server was off - it should go off more often

Valentine's Day goal well and truly demolished and St Paddy's goal up and running.

Had a mega deficit yesterday according to Nutridiary - 1925. That's through 1h25 mins of housework and doing my exercise video.

I agree with Robsia! I had a loss too while the server was down. Finally! All that worrying for nothing

Bought a new video yesterday. Going to give it a try today.

I'm glad the site is back.
