Holy Exercise Bike, you guys are all pouring on the exercise!! I'm going to try to get in at least some time tonight to add to that total (plus, I think I'm still a little behind where I want to be so I feel the need to do something -- I think for me that's the beauty of minutes/month -- it makes it a HABIT) Not to mention keeping me accountable!

I only got in 25 minutes in this morning. But I made good use of it. I did 10 minutes on the underwater treadmill.

Hi girls!

Not much time tonight. Steve is dragging me off to bed We cant count that as exercise can we

I bought an elliptical machine. Wicked torture device. I did 3 minutes and I thought I was going to die. But I got back on. Another 2. *L* But i did work out for a total of 30 minutes.

Personal total to date ~90 + 30 =120 minutes

300+ total = 2681 + 30= 2711

OK off to bed now....been a slacker but I am back on track.

Tonight I did one of my bellydance for beginners tapes - they are fun and boy can I feel it! The tape is 30 minutes, so my new total is 250.

New group total is 2711 + 30 = 2741

Afternoon all!

My legs are SO sore today *L* Who would have thought that 5 minutes in total on one machine could cause so much pain

BUT I came home from work today and hopped back on. Another 7 minutes on the elliptical. and 23 on the exerbike.

I am dying to get back to the pool but until my shoulder gets back on track, I am on dry land

ok so personal total 120+30=150 minutes

300+ exer total to date : 2771+30=2801 minutes

whoohoo!!!

I walked in front of the TV tonight for 30 minutes. This is definitely already getting easier. That makes my total for the month so far 280. The group total is now: 2903 + 30 = 2933

Great question, Sharon. I've been exercising for -- wow, this is the 5th month. I feel better and stronger. But now I'm starting to see how to work it in regularly, make it a habit... and I have to say that I'm not rebelling at the idea as much. Sometimes I really like the exercising I'm doing, and I'm loving the benefits!! I'm just lighter on my feet -- as you said, not just the exercise, but the healthy eating -- "the package" as it were. I look back at myself 6 months and almost 60 pounds ago and see that woman was teetering on an abyss. I feel like I've pulled myself back from the edge of something really bad and onto this great path!!

Aaarrrggghhhh! I haven't been to the gym for the past 2 days and I can't get there today either. I have so much work to do--I'm working on a banquet menu for the restaurant and it's all computer work. Lots of typing and very time consuming. I came here to take a little break. I'll be sure to go tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make my time for the month. Maybe if I go Saturday morning and then work out longer next week I'll catch up. Either way-- to all of the good working out that you are all doing. I'm so proud of you all.

I haven't exercised this week like I should have. I am having a hard time making it a habit but I am trying! Adding 45 mins of Y!F for tonight! I WILL exercise tomorrow!!!

2963 + 45 = 3008 mins!

I didn't add in the other 60 minutes that I got in earlier this week. I got in 60 minutes tonight as well.

So, group total is 3008+120 = 3128
