Hello to all of you! I'm about halfway there!
Hi all.
I'm 33 years old, married for 10 years and we have three boys: Henry is 15 mos, Miles is 7 and Connor is 9. I work from home as a copy writer. I love to read and love music...everything from Bob Dylan to Miles Davis to Beethoven.
I started this journey at 313 pounds. Currently I'm 252. I was down to 242 in October and then really stagnated, then gained up to 261 over the holidays and during a 10-day vacation to Disney World.
I'm aggressively journaling and counting calories, my goal is to average 1650 a day (I'm still nursing our youngest so my metabolic rate is high right now) with at least 40g of fiber a day and less than the standard RDA of fats.
I do less well with exercise. Still looking for something I really like.
My current goal weight is 175, so I've got about 77 pounds to go...
