Tonight I did the 1-mile WATP tape plus a bit of stretching, so 20 minutes for me tonight. That makes my own total 190 + 20 = 210.

The group total is now 2001 + 20 = 2021.

Way to go everyone!

55 minutes for me, after 3 days off due to injured shoulder.

The group total is now 2021 + 55 = 2076

Ok, I will add my pitiful little 20 minutes on the treadmill. Tomorrow I will head to the gym for sure. I feel much better now so I can make it.

Group total is now: 2076 + 20 =2096

Dogpal - that 20 minutes got ur heart pumping! WTG! Nothing pitiful about it. I remember starting with 12 minutes and thinking I was gonna die!

Add 30 minutes for my workout this a.m..... and I'm back on the road again...
2126 + 30 = 2156

Good luck on the road, Val!! Go Get Em!

Dogpal -- I agree with Val, don't malign those 20 minutes! This is about making HABITS, not about anything else. Just keep going!

elmay, nancy, leanne and sharon, way to go all of you! I'm gonna get back on the treadmill tonight, oh yes I am!

Thanks for the support guys. OK, I went to the gym and swam 30 minutes and then did weight lifting at home for a total of about 40 minutes today.

2156 + 40 = 2196

Woo Hoo! Barb and Dogpal (enjoying that gym membership?)

I got in 35 minutes today. I wanted it to be more, but at least I did some! So,

300+ exer-total = 2231+35 = 2266 minutes! Over 37 hours!

Well, worked today, and got in about 3 hours of constant strenuous work...sweaty and all that...so 180 minutes for me.

2266+180=2446 minutes!

Way to go, ladies!

Kayley - I think I need a job like that!

I did only 10 minutes which makes my personal total 220. I was going to skip today and then thought I would rather do something rather than nothing.

The group total is now 2446 + 10 = 2456.

Nancy, good for you: something IS better than nothing!

Kayley -- that's a lot of minutes, and it sounds like your job affords you a chance to work up a sweat. Do you have any exercise goals you'd like to set for yourself in addition to work? Something that work doesn't give you a chance to do, for instance?

Yesterday I did 60 minutes at the gym--30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training. I'm not going to the gym today because I have to work, but I'll make up for it during the week by staying longer.

So our new group total=2596 WOO-HOO!
