I weigh 305 at my last weigh in. I know thats not much over 300 but I was wondering if I could join. If so Ill go and fill out the bio. If not ill let it be.

We have people of all weights on this board, there are some under 300 and a whole lot of us over!

Join us! There is a thread daily on the 300+ and one 40+ Old hens thread, that is where I belong, or either of them.

There is a lot of very nice people on this board willing and able to give you all of the support you want or need. Come in often and let us get to know you. Ruth

There's no need to ask, just jump right on in,

I was over 300lbs, and that was at 9 months pregnant. Everyone is really supportive, whether with losses, gains, good times or bad. Feel free to post where you like, 300+ is full of people of all ages, backgrounds and interests, so have a read and add your thoughts.
