I walked the dog for 15 minutes this morning before going to bed and jogged for 5 of those minutes. Then when I woke up, I did 20 minutes of Bhagra dancing that I tivo'd off of fittv this morning. Was good workout-can't wait til I can do all of it, was very fun!

So total of 35 minutes today (0106)for me

Well, happy Monday to all! As I look out into the gloomy sky, I think of Fishwoman cruising somewhere in the sun. I hope she's having a great time! (I'm so jealous)

Well, to catch up on my exercise posts, on Saturday I did a heavy step circuit workout -- 57 minutes. Then on Sunday I did a cardio dance workout -- 37 minutes. It probably didn't work me hard enough! Although it was fun, the intensity wasn't what it should have been. I added on some abs and pushups and got around 45 minutes total. And this morning I did a 54 minute step aerobics routine. So, here is January so far...
January 1 -- 45 minutes
January 2 -- 60 minutes
January 3 -- 49 minutes
January 4 -- 51 minutes
January 5 -- 50 minutes
January 6 -- 59 minutes
January 7 -- 57 minutes
January 8 -- 45 minutes
January 9 -- 54 minutes.

That's it! Have a wonderful day.

Hello -- I hope everybody is doing well today. I'm having a rough one -- just because sometimes I am so dumb! Been fighting tears all day... but that's not what this forum is for, so here we go!

Today I worked out with Cathe on a high step circuit and stability ball routine for a total of 56 minutes.
January 1 -- 45 minutes
January 2 -- 60 minutes
January 3 -- 49 minutes
January 4 -- 51 minutes
January 5 -- 50 minutes
January 6 -- 59 minutes
January 7 -- 57 minutes
January 8 -- 45 minutes
January 9 -- 54 minutes
January 10 -- 56 minutes

Okay, here's a smile for ya! Have a great one.

Congratulations! I'm in the same place this year. For sure, it's the first time in about 7 years that I am lighter now than I was last year at this same time! It's a good feeling, huh?

I joined here late last year, and then some personal stuff got me off the boards (and a smidge sidetracked from diet/exercise plans). But, I'm back now and I hope it's not too late for me to jump in on the January Challenge. I started my regimen today, so I will just start my recording from today:

01/11: 15 minutes Tae Bo Crunch

Hello! Does this week seem long to anybody else? Is it because it's the first full, un-holiday affected week in awhile? Well, Friday's a'comin' -- I can feel it. I'm ready! It's been a rough one for me.

This morning was for toning, so I did 20 minutes of Pilates and a 30 minute boot camp DVD. I'm still feeling the burn! Total was 50 minutes. Here's January so far...
January 1 -- 45 minutes
January 2 -- 60 minutes
January 3 -- 49 minutes
January 4 -- 51 minutes
January 5 -- 50 minutes
January 6 -- 59 minutes
January 7 -- 57 minutes
January 8 -- 45 minutes
January 9 -- 54 minutes
January 10 -- 56 minutes
January 11 -- 54 minutes
January 12 -- 50 minutes

May you find the strength you need for today, with some left over!

Hi! I don't mean to dominate the board -- sorry about that. I'll continue posting my minutes through the end of the month; perhaps we'll have others joining in by then. Anyway, I did one of Cathe's older step workouts which includes a 7 minute ab routine. My total was 60 minutes for today.
January 1 -- 45 minutes
January 2 -- 60 minutes
January 3 -- 49 minutes
January 4 -- 51 minutes
January 5 -- 50 minutes
January 6 -- 59 minutes
January 7 -- 57 minutes
January 8 -- 45 minutes
January 9 -- 54 minutes
January 10 -- 56 minutes
January 11 -- 54 minutes
January 12 -- 50 minutes
January 13 -- 60 minutes

I hope to read about what some of the rest of y'all are doing! Have a good day.

Welcome, Candie! Please post often.

Good job, Pam! That sounds like lots of fun!

I was a Firm believer this weekend. I did the 58 minute Crosstrainers DVD on Saturday, and 45 minute Fat Blaster Sunday. Sunday I also took a walk in that lovely sunshine, so my Sunday total was 75 minutes. And this morning I did step with Cathe for 56 minutes.

January 3 -- 49 minutes
January 4 -- 51 minutes

January 6 -- 59 minutes
January 7 -- 57 minutes
January 8 -- 45 minutes
January 9 -- 54 minutes
January 10 -- 56 minutes

January 12 -- 50 minutes
January 13 -- 60 minutes
January 14 -- 58 minutes
January 15 -- 75 minutes
January 16 -- 56 minutes

Enjoy the rest of your Monday!

Default Resolutions

I had made some resolutions for the new year too. Went on the treadmill last night for 30 minutes..the fastest walking that I could do. I would love someday to be able to say that I like to run.
