Hello again to Dancing Angel, Ellis, and anyone new who is joining us! I am back from my cruise, and gained only 1 pound

I haven't bumped my ticker up yet; I am hoping by next tuesday it will be gone
So, I did a ton of walking while I was away. My husband and I did speed walking around the main deck almost every day, and we tried to always take the stairs rather than the elevator.
I brought my joy of yoga dvd with me, but only did it once, because I didn't bring my mat and kept slipping on the carpet in our suite. I did the elliptical several days, and ran 3 miles on the treadmill one day.
On Thursday, the 12th, we stopped at Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and I climbed Dunn's River Falls. Oh my gosh, it was SO MUCH FUN!!! We took pix with a disposable waterproof camera. If I can figure out how to scan some of them into the internet, I will show you guys. If you want to see any other pix, go to my husband's website (

I haven't worked out the past two days, but plan on getting back into the swing of things today!

1/11 - 60 minutes - walking
1/12 - 60 minutes - climbing waterfall
1/13 - 90 minutes total - 30 elliptical; 60 walking
1/14 - 60 minutes - walking
1/15 - 45 minutes - walking (along the sidewalks by our hotel)
1/16 - nothing
