Not sure how to count the hours I spent bailing water. I figured seeing how we were doing it for close to 5 hours straight I'd take 3 for it.

i only got in 3 miles for the weekend and already 4.75 miles for monday am for a total of 7.75 total miles to add.

i did an hour of water aerobics for 3 miles yesterday afternoon and a bike ride and strength training for tris and bis this morning for 4.5 miles, so a total of 7.5 miles to add.
