Squeaker, he decided to go back to the bag of jelly beans at the last minute. Rob worked really hard making a sign for his back that said Happy Jellyween, and he was still referred to as Balloon Boy by anybody over 50! He was cute, but it was hard to get up and down stairs....he leaned way over a few times cos the bag went almost down to his knees, and we thought he would fall over a couple of times. At least he had lots of padding!
Mauv - when my husband had anasthesia and pain meds, he didn't know where he was or what happened, but he sang every word to Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band. If I were you, I'd take pictures or videos, or at least notes! You can have a lot of fun with this in the future...
PS - To those of you that don't read the announcements on a regular basis, there is an important one about this forum moving, go take a peek!
I've met M's hunky husband and am sure they will figure out something! I hope he has a speedy recovery and not a lot of pain.
Damned weather! Freezing rain here this afternoon! I am moving into SAD and am looking at light boxes. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Mauvais-Glad to hear that everything went well with the operation!!!
Jen-Cody's costume sounds GREAT!! I'm glad he decided to do that, it is a better costume than anything he would have found at the store.
You 2 and all the rest of you are just plain BAD, which is part of the reason i love you all so much!!!
i went to see the Psychiatrist this morning. She thought part of what has been going on with me is the depression, but that a lot of it was med side effects!!! If I had known THAT I would have dealt with it SOONER!! So she decreased what I'm on and added another drug to the mix. She said the new one would give me more energy and may even help me lose weight!!! I HOPE SHE'S RIGHT!!!! (NO Ellis, it is NOT speed!!!)
Den, that's wonderful news about your meds! Your new drug sounds great! (please send me some as soon as possible)
Light boxes for Ruth... there was someone here who used to use one... who was it...
