so, i'm just curious - thought this would be a good place to put this post... when you have had a bad day of eating do you try to have a purity day of eating the next day?
i drank a lot of alcohol yesterday, and had crappy foods, and now i want to have a purity day, but i am not really sure what type of foods would be good to replenish myself.....
anyone else ever feel the need to do this? if so, what do you eat, drink, etc?
I am downing as much water as i can stand to ward off my headache and dehydration...
why do we do such stupid things to ourselves anyway? *L*
