Default Weekly Weigh or Measure May 11-03

How did the week go?

I'm down to 177....one pound lost from the "unofficial weigh in" on Thursday, two pounds from the official weigh in last Sunday.

Come on girls....summer is fast approaching....we can do it!

I have a bad feeling that I have gained over the weekend
But tonight is weigh in at WW so I will post the results tonight.

I had a "Mother's Day in Bed" day, and gained 3 pounds. Hopefully I've just taken it off at the Y.

gained again. up to 165. Haven't lost in a few weeks. I have either gained or stayed the same.

I gained 1/2 lb, which is not too bad considering that I blew it points-wise on the weekend.

I'm about the same too, 145, but this weekend we had takeout 2 times and I had a box of Laura Secord French chocolate mints all to myself and well, they are gone! (It was a small box but still!). So I guess I am glad I am the same. On to a nice healthy week, sans chocolat!

Arrow Well...

I'm holding steady at 176 this week, which I'm actually happy with considering the way I've been eating this week. This last month I lost a total of three pounds (my average) but my measurements didn't change as much. I only lost 1/4" on my waist, thighs, and calves. But I'm guessing I'm probably building muscle with the hours and hours of gardening I've been doing.

Down to 163.5 (from 165)! First time it has gone down in a while!!! Now if I can keep that up this week, I will be thrilled.

Angry Down...

Surprisingly, down another pounds this week. I'm shocked, as I thought I would be UP a couple of pounds. Lots of fast food and junk lately. Need to get back on track with the eating... luckily I've been working hard in the gardens and that is probably why I'm still losing.

198/175/130.

Ellis, if i don't lose, I'll just blame you.

If I do lose next week, cool, but I am not counting on it. It has been a very long time since I lost 2 weeks in a row. It has been even longer since I have been out of the 160s. (since Oct. I think). It is also my TMO, so we will se what happens.
