I'm about the same too, 145, but this weekend we had takeout 2 times and I had a box of Laura Secord French chocolate mints all to myself and well, they are gone! (It was a small box but still!). So I guess I am glad I am the same. On to a nice healthy week, sans chocolat!
I'm holding steady at 176 this week, which I'm actually happy with considering the way I've been eating this week. This last month I lost a total of three pounds (my average) but my measurements didn't change as much. I only lost 1/4" on my waist, thighs, and calves. But I'm guessing I'm probably building muscle with the hours and hours of gardening I've been doing.
Surprisingly, down another pounds this week. I'm shocked, as I thought I would be UP a couple of pounds. Lots of fast food and junk lately. Need to get back on track with the eating... luckily I've been working hard in the gardens and that is probably why I'm still losing.
If I do lose next week, cool, but I am not counting on it. It has been a very long time since I lost 2 weeks in a row. It has been even longer since I have been out of the 160s. (since Oct. I think). It is also my TMO, so we will se what happens.
