A big bag of ju-jubes (450 grams) made its way down my gullet yesterday during frustrating tax time! I have cramps and the runs today as punushment!
Dammit!

Oh ****. What a day. I've eaten everything in sight. Big bowls of raisin bran, popcorn with butter, crisp toasts with pate, ... I'm stuffed, but I'm scanning the kitchen for a wee something to pop into my mouth.

heh heh. I just read your post Lidian. Light snack indeed.

Yeah Ellis, I have to STOP buying those bagels! They are just evil. I ate some chocolate chips last night too, and they are really poor quality chocolate, you know! Not worth 78 cals a tablespoon. No wonder I don't lose weight - I have to run hard just to stay in the same place (very Alice in Wonderland)!

Default damn those pretzels!!!!

nothing fancy, just those pretzel thins in a bag. LOTS of pretzels in that bag. and i ate 3 servings of them yesterday!!!!! and not enough protein.

i have to face it: ANYTHING that can be crunched by the handful is something i can't have around.

i guess when i do the grocery shopping this weekend, i'll get those big pretzel rods. they're easier for me to handle because of the handful thing.

of course, we can also ask: WHY EAT THEM AT ALL?????? anyone have an idea?????

A chunky size Aero bar and a small bag of swedish berries at the movies sad thing is that I wasn't even enjoying the taste of them - just noshing out of habit

Two Pep peppermint patties, one yesterday and one today. But I am counting them into FitDay, which makes a change. I have got to be accountable for more than finishing off the box of blueberry Nutri-Grain bars (yup, it was me - no one else had a chance! And I don't even LIKE them that much!)
