L: Chicken breast w/ tomato, feta, and avocado salad
D: ? I have bunco tonight, so I'm going to try and fill up before I go. Probably a hamburger, salad and baked sweet potato fries.
S: I'll have some fruit or salad at bunco and maybe a glass of red wine
b - oatmeal, ground flax and 1/2 banana
l - roasted red pepper soup and lf cheese
s - apple with peanut butter
s - trout - grilled, sugar snaps and a salad
s - glass of wine watching Hugo
1: oats w/ 1/2 banana, 1 T. pb, cinnamon
2: went to a mexican restaurant for lunch - had a salad and a few chips with salsa...and a small margarita
3: swiss chard leaf filled w/ apples and cinnamon
4: spicy lentils with kale and sweet potatoes
5: fudgesicle
exercise: arms and abs, run, some poolside lounging
1-Ogi and moi moi (Nigerian meal... don't ask...lol)
2-greek yorgurt
3-Boiled okra, fish and smoked turkey
4-banana 1 tsb of p'butter
5-spinach bacon chicken ranch (subway) with 1 sugar cookie.
exercise: C25K week 3 run...almost coughed up a long but I'll keep on moving!
