Rockies won! Yay! But, these wimpy pitchers! Ha! Jimenez with a cut thumb and De La Rosa with a blister on his finger. Come on, man! Hope they heal soon.

I'm just so glad to have baseball back!!!

One more game against the Padres. It would be nice to get one win.

It's going to be very windy today and warm. I wonder if the balls are going to be flying off those bats.

They're saying Matt Holliday should be back within 2 weeks. We shall see.

Enjoy your games.

Looking for my Sox to sweep the Tribe today. That'd be a **** of a way to start off the baseball season!

Huston couldn't just take care of 'em in the 9th either...had to make it nerve racking! Great to listen to the game last night though. Had it on the radio and hung out on the back porch. After yesterday, not looking forward to this cold front moving in!

And on Saturday and on Sunday.

Cards get a win with Garcia pitching a complete game shut-out.

Thank you.

Heheh. Watched all three games cheering. It has been a wonderful opening weekend for Texas that's for sure!

So now we have 3 games against the Pirates. Let's hope everyone shows up to play. Case in point last year

Kyle Lohse getting his first start. I hope he does well this year. He's been bothered with injuries the last 2 years.

I feel your pain Caroline

What happened to the Sox? Especially Carl Crawford..his 1st at bat was pathetic!

I know I haven't been around much (Facebook addiction ) but I'd like to join the thread. My team is the RED SOX (still), and my fantasy team is the Cards (I love Albert Pujols ).

We've still got around 160 games to go..anything can happen!

I'm sorry, I just can't hear or say the same Pujols without giggling. I know I'm childish but it sounds so wrong! "Dude, what happened to your pujols?"

Ok, I'm going to go act my age now.

Ehh, my nephew is a Cards fan and for years and to this day, I pronounce Albert's name wrong (Poo-joes) just to tease him. We all have our childish moments.
