You guys have fun today, just got back from the Dentist and I'm not feeling too well.
Hopefully I will do some cardio later, but I will be back on the challenges tomorrow for sure.

My lazy behind hasn't exercised since Monday. I was going to yesterday but my Man was on the rag and totally ruined my plans. I am still ill with him. I didn't even set his coffee this monring...HEY! It's the little things that matter! LOL! That'll learn him! I and was going to exercise at noon after my food settles but I just a call that he's coming home early. grrrrrrr He is REALLY on my one last nerve this week. Sometimes I day dream about what life would be like on my own without any male species in it.
Anyhoo, if he gets on my nerves today I just may suit up and hit the GYM just to get the heck away from his butt.
I can so go look for a dare for you girlies....hmmmmm......

hey Mercy, i am pooped - i did jillians workout : trouble zones and she does alot of the exercises that were in Diva's dare. but i didnt do the dares specially sorry!
i then did 30 minutes of the biggest loser cardio max workout. i am tired for today! sorry babies!
