i slept till quite late today! lol to recover from my muscle aches! i was so tired hahahah!!

when i got up early this morning to go the bathroom, i was so sore! could barely get out of bed lol.

then i went back to bed and slept some more, then the 2nd time i woke up my muscles definately felt abit better. amazing isnt it, the power of sleep! its so important. my abs feel sore though and my shoulders ! and upper arms! lol

jllian was saying, how exercise is the architect and recovery is the builder. so when you workout, your creating micro tears in your muscles and basically breaking your body down. and then rest builds your muscle back up leaner and stronger. so rest is just as important.

I hear ya girls! I can barely move today and I didn't sleep well. I am trying to decide if I'll hit the elliptical later on when Jess gets home or if I'll take a rest day. To be continued tomorrow, LOL! You guys are tough!!!

Lol, I didn't realize how hard my dare was until I tried to do them! I did some and then gave up. I'm not near as flexible as I once was. I went and did 30DS instead. So if you all want to skip mine, feel free.

Glad to hear you ladies are sore! That means you worked it hard! I'm going to go back to level 2 30DS tonight, I've been on level 1 since I slacked off.

Also, I've never done the podcast thing. Is that something you have to pay for? I would love to start listening to JM's radio show.

How to do it:
Do a Google search for Mediafly, click on link to Mediafly webpage and type Jillian Michaels in the search field. In the search result, click on KFI Sunday icon, this will take you to all the Sunday shows on KFI. About 1/4 of the page down, there will be a light purple bar that indicates the dates of the shows.

Click on the double arrow on the left that will take you as far back as 2006. Scroll to the Jillian shows and click download to download the MP3. Continue to click on the boxes to take you thru the timelines. .
To Sync to iTunes go to http://www.mediafly.com/digitallifestyle
If you are using a Mac click on the green RSS option

If you are using a PC I suggest the SyncClient application (but you could also use the RSS option)
