actually i was just reading that myself, what do you guys think? pound per person? two pounds?

As of right now, having 4 out of 6 results we've lost about 6 pounds as a team, which is awesome, and like i said the number could be better im still missing 2 weigh-ins, so maybe we can determine a team goal for this week when the other two post in? I guess we also have to take into account also that thanksgiving is thurs.

Also, what are your thoughts about an team challenge for just ourselves, i noticed someone else was for it, what does everyone else think, and if you want to do it, any suggestions?

Hey ladies!! I'm on break at work, so I'm just popping in really quick so I can get my results to you, hehe! Well I must say, I've had a d*mn good week, or at least weekend, because I'm 4.8 lbs down from last Monday!

My stats:
SW: 199.0
CW: 194.2
GW: 150.0

Woo-hoo!

luvmyinnerdemon - HOLY CRAP, woman! 4.6 lbs is amazing! Looks like we both had a good week, hehe! Congrats to you, that is sooo awesome and you'll definitely be in the elusive *Onederland* in no time!

SarahD - Yay, congrats on the loss!! Especially since you're one of those "featherweight" gals, for you it's totally awesome even to lose 1 oz in a week, heh. You're doing great!

ForeverLove - Heeey, no way, I'm from Ohio, and one of my best friends goes to OU! I'm sure you don't know her or whatever LOL but that's cool. Small world! But anyways, congrats on the loss! And yeah, I keep saying that my goal for this week is strictly to maintain... I'm not expecting any losses, and I feel like I'll be lucky if I don't gain 5 lbs from Thanksgiving dinner, haha.

We are doing so awesome, ladies! We're totally going to kick the other teams' butts! Hehe.

Great news girls! There are two teams with 10 ibs lost both waiting for one person to check in, both in the running for biggest loser this week and the gold team is one of them!

Great job girls! proving were a force to be reckoned with, we should ALL be proud of ourselves this week!

Hi girls,

I finially got caught up and read everything on the post, it's nice to meet you! I can't loose a lb a week, my body just isn't loosing any more. But a 1/2 lbs a week is doable for me... hopefully I'll be loosing again shortly, but - I'm not trying to loose much more! I'm counting calories and exercising


Team Captain things; I honestly don't have enough time to keep track of everything. I'm lucky if I can catch up once a day on here! It's tough, because this forum is like my life line! But here is my Monday Weight In

Sw; 128
Cw: 127

I'm shooting for 126 next week, but I'm not counting on it. I've never been below 127... EVER! I've always stopped at 127, and with Tday coming up - who knows what will happen

YAY, we totally kicked a** this week!!! And I'm so glad that everyone checked in; I know some of the teams have been having problems with people not posting their results. But I did some calculations (what can I say, I was curious, LOL) and I am amazed and sooo proud of our progress!

By my calculations, our total stats are:
SW: 1127.0 lbs
GW: 870.0 lbs
Starting # of lbs to lose: 257.0 lbs
Wk #1: 1114.8 lbs / -12.2 down / 244.8 lbs to go!

This means that this week we lost 4.75% of those 257 lbs! WOO-HOO!!

woot! Im so proud of us to! thats awesome motivation going into this week... and if all the teams are done checking in, that means we only missed being the biggest losers this week by .02% AWESOME JOB LADIES! We should all pat ourselves on the back! so team challenge anyone? ideas?

i'm down for a team challenge, this is all really exciting and i'm feeling really motivated for the first time in ohhh who knows how long, i joined last year but wasn't really ready to change my lifestyle, but with this challenge and all of you inspiring ladies i think i'm finally ready i am so proud of everyone and i know as long as we all stick together we can achieve our goals!! haha

I just had a HORRIBLE binge...but I made the conscious decision to binge...I said "screw it, I am going to binge" in my head. I am just so tired, and so AMAZINGLY orally fixated today. Even my nails are all chewed off, and I'm starting to rip the nail polish off too!! Well, thankfully I did this right after the weigh-in so I have a whole week to lose any gained weight! I know that I am going to be eating whatever I want for thanksgiving though!!

Great job you guys! We did awesome!

I had some uncontrollable snacking today on those chips. I feel like eating more right now, really badly. we just had a big fight at my house with my 2 roommates, and I got put in the middle.

I'm probably over calories already, I DON'T NEED MORE FOOD.

Ok, hopefully that will work. I may make tea, that usually helps me from not eating

wow crazy, i had some m&M ice cream today, seems as though we all kinda dangled from the wagon a little bit, its ok like v-day said we have all week, we can think of it as small prize for doing so great this week!

Gar im sorry to hear about being put in the middle of a fight like that, that just happened to me last night with my aunt and boyfriend, i was so stuck, i must of smoked like 5 cigs in 5 mins,

So since everyone seems down for team challenge what shall it be? Exercise X amount of mins, drink X amount of water?

Also what do we want our goal weight to be this week?

We did awesome last week girls, and i know we can this week to!
