Good morning ladies!!
How is everyone doing??
I am off to a good start this week, I am determined to lose more than what I have already!
I woke up at 5am and went for a run. It was only 1.5miles but I figure, you gotta start somewhere.
I also brought some healthy snacks to work with me.... so lets keep the fingers crossed that this will work!

lovemyinnerdemon - Thanks!! Yes, I WILL be in the 180s by next week, hehe. I just have to be!

SarahD - Since you're one of our resident "featherweights," there's no way you can be expected to lose as much as a fata** like me, LOL! It wouldn't be healthy for you to lose more than 1.5-2 lbs/wk... You are contributing to our numbers, so I don't want you feeling bad about anything, even for a second, missy! Hehe. LOL about exercising with your dog on your back!! Poor pooch! And WOW, I am quite impressed with your 5 AM jog... That is truly amazing!

vdaybaby - Ahh, the beloved TOM. That's why I hate weighing myself during TOM... Remember me last week? Lol, of course our weigh-in day would coincide with my first day of TOM! But yes, you will be waving that extra weight "good-bye" very soon, so don't sweat it. Good luck this week!

As for my "secret," I really don't know what to say! Throughout this whole thing, I maintain that I've just been veeery lucky. I know for a fact that there are people on here who have worked much harder than I am, but haven't seen the same results. Especially with exercise, which I hate doing--I think the bulk of my loss has been the result of changing my eating habits, and sticking to that lifestyle change really well. I just eat very healthily now, and I like to think that I have been very good at resisting temptation. The past couple weeks haven't been great food weeks for me (especially Thanksgiving week, hoo boy, LOL) but I'm usually very good about making healthy choices. And beyond that, I really don't know why I lose so quickly! God knows I'm not starving myself or over-exercising, lol. Maybe I've just always had a good metabolism, but I never knew it because I was drowning it with food, heh.

well howdy ladies!

i'm a bit of a last minute stand in newbie whatever for you all to take under your wonderful wings.

I am starting out today at

monday weight: 213
Ultimate Goal: 160
Pounds to Lose: 53

hope that is all you need, i shall weigh in monday probably before all of you as i seem to be ahead in time of everyone lol.

im really hoping to lose 3 this week although more would be amazing.
