vdaybaby - Ahh, the beloved TOM. That's why I hate weighing myself during TOM... Remember me last week? Lol, of course our weigh-in day would coincide with my first day of TOM!

But yes, you will be waving that extra weight "good-bye" very soon, so don't sweat it.

As for my "secret," I really don't know what to say! Throughout this whole thing, I maintain that I've just been veeery lucky. I know for a fact that there are people on here who have worked much harder than I am, but haven't seen the same results. Especially with exercise, which I hate doing--I think the bulk of my loss has been the result of changing my eating habits, and sticking to that lifestyle change really well. I just eat very healthily now, and I like to think that I have been very good at resisting temptation. The past couple weeks haven't been
great food weeks for me (especially Thanksgiving week, hoo boy, LOL) but I'm usually very good about making healthy choices. And beyond that, I really don't know why I lose so quickly! God knows I'm not starving myself or over-exercising, lol. Maybe I've just always had a good metabolism, but I never knew it because I was drowning it with food, heh.
