oh no hed think massage is an invite for him to get his nuptials and hes no quite that forgiven yet, and pedicure is out i have very tickly feet

Flumper I can totally sypmathise re your MIL - mine is right old cow!! If I tell you that we didn't invite his parents to our wedding then I think that lets you know just how bad she is!! It's typical that your dh worked nights when he invited his mum over to stay isn't it?? and why is it that men think a massage (or any touching) is foreplay?? oh and before I forget, well done on the 3lbs

ty mel, im glad to know im not the only one with in laws like her, i was beginning to think perhaps it was me that was a bit obnoxious lol, he will suffer though for doing that to me , hes done some pretty bad things over the years but that was really bordering on cruelty

I've lost 3lbs this week!
Im now only 2lbs away from losing a stone! YAY!
Ive still got 5lbs to go to reach my March target of 7lbs though!

Congratulations to all the losers and big {{{{ hugs }}}} to all the gainers - its horrible to see those scales go in the wrong direction.

This week our weight changes were .....

Me: -3lbs
Veggie: didn't say
BPB: -2lbs
Geneve: +4lbs
Melissa: -3lbs
Carol: stayed the same
Kizzie: -2lbs
Tracy: -0.5lb
TQ: -4lbs
Chris: +3.5lbs
Jan: +0.5lb
Kim: -3lbs
ChiChi: -3lbs

So, we lost a total of 12.5lbs which brings our total group loss up to 161lbs or 11st 7lbs!

BRILLIANT!!!

Start Weight this time (02 Jan 02): 14st 10lbs
Current Weight: 13st 0lb
Target Weight: 10st 7lbs
Lost since 02/01: 1st 10lbs
Total lost since April 01: 3st 3lbs
Remainder to be lost: 2st 7lbs
Current BMI: 28.5
Loss this week: 3lbs

What a bunch of losers. I know we say it every week but it is true.

I haven't had a good week, too much stress. I eat when stressed - another habit I need to conquer. Anyway have already decided to be completely honest with you whatever the scales tell me. As if I can't share the truth with you I'm just kidding myself.

Ray says if I starve myself between now & standing on the scales tomorrow I might only gain half a stone.

He is only kidding but that's love for you

Veggie - COME OUT. I know exactly how you are feeling coz I am slumping it a bit too. Had a bit of a mad mouth disease this weekend, so will no doubt pay the price when the scale monster attacks me tomorrow.
