Hi all, I am a new member of 3FC though I have been on sparkpeople since before I got married in august last year. Back then I was 150 lbs - 15 lbs heavier than when I was single - now I am up to 171! Ouch! I am hoping to lose a pound a week so that we can celebrate our anniversary with me being a bit healthier - at around 160ish!

After that, I'd like to ultimately get down to 130-135, but hey, I've got to start somewhere. I hope to not be in this thread long, and onto the 160s one in a week or two. I mean, 171, that's just teasing!
