Anyhow, I feel great that I did it, I guess boot camp has gotten me much more fit than I imagined because it's not really much of a struggle. I'm looking forward to starting the week 2 program when it's time.

You can read about it here. I first heard about it in another article that I am NOT going to post the link to. I'll just say this...marathoners do some disgusting things in order to get their best time.

Glad to see you all kept rolling right along while I was off on vacation! I myself kept up with my C25K stuff, with the exception of yesterday, when my mom and I were just eager to drive the rest of the way home, so we skipped it. Considering I haven't missed a single day so far in this program, I'm not about to beat myself up over it.
So Friday is W8D3(Technically D2 for me, but whatever!) And next week is W9!!!!
I can't believe it's already here! I was talking to my mom about how I might go back through the program to work on my speed, and she thought that was a pretty cool idea. The work is never over!
I'm probably going to do Week 4 for about 2 weeks just because these 5 minute runs are quite difficult.
