So JW I missed responding to that! Lisa's gonna keep my fingers busy! =)

Good morning! Toady is my 41st birthday. I just weighed in and I'm down 4 more pounds. It was a great "present" to myself.

Happy Birthday OLD MAN!!!!!!!!!! (I make 41 in April, so you old!!) Congratulations on the 4 lbs.

I'm feeling great at this point. Maintenance is getting easier. I just hop onto the scale every three days or so and adjust my eating accordingly. Happy to say that I made it through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year with out hitting the upper limit of my 5 lb range I want to stay in. I did get close after Christmas, weighing in at 144.8, but mom's fudge....yikes. This morning I weighed in at 140.6!

Tomorrow is WI, if the scale in the office is as nice to me as the one at home. I should be dancing all over just like those little silly carrots.
Feel good, so far and seem to have more energy. Down a couple belt holes, which is amazing.
Getting lots of support and cooking info from my co-worker.
I came back from the cafeteria, this morning caring a little donut bag, and she just glared at me. "No, really it was just to hard boiled eggs."
Had to show her what was in my little white sack.
Tomorrow I should finally be able to change a weight on that S/C/G do-hicky to the left.
Have a great Friday everyone...........

We follow the same program. How much does your brother weigh? I'm not sure when it kicks in but I was told to have extra packets because of my size when I started.

Hi Guys!!! A few of us are getting a letter together to send to Dr. Oz and to Ellen about Wuv's weight loss journey. All these people getting attn for their weight loss and Wuv is the most encouraging and inspirational person I know. The ppl on tv focused on themselves and their weight loss while our Wuv helps everyone. If you are interested in having your name on the letter please PM me with your name and city. There is power in numbers!

I'd say he would be fine on the standard protocol. I was more than twice his size. His weight is my goal!

I agree with USMC, he would follow the same protocol as we do as women. If he is overly active then he could add an extra packet.

Checking in with MY guys!!....looks like y'all are doing well around here. A few new faces which is a great thing!...Keep up the great work guys....I Miss y'all!!
