You know, Dr. Oz mentions that a guy gains an inch for every 30 lbs lost... I don't believe people end up with monsters, but loosing fat in that area makes more of our friend able to get out and play (if you catch my drift)
Well it no bigger than it used to be, even though it seems that way. So much was hidden before. It was pretty depressing being as fat as I was. I literally feel like a man again. It's an awesome feeling. I moved the G27 to my cargo pocket and things are a little better. Sitting is the issue, standing it is fine, but it really is helping me stay focused. I wanted a snack an hour or so ago but I kept working. Lunch will be soon enough!

Yes it is a Glock 27. I carry a Glock 22 at work, switching to a Glock 35 soon, just need to qualify with it. I was going to switch to a G17 because of my carpal tunnel, I thought the lighter recoil of the 9mm would help, so I looked to the longer slide of the G35 to help.

I have one more adjustment on my duty belt before I need a new on. Time to order now because in the month it takes to come in I will definitely need it.
DH want you to know he gives you a thumbs up for your progress. As I do, too.
He's one of those people who can't keep weight on (looses as fast as the rest of us gain). I read him a lot of the posts on here and has gained a real appreciation of what we're doing listening to the posts and watching me for the last year. He's says keep going, it's great what you've done.
This goes for all of you guys. You're all rockin this program.
Wow Wuv is brave to pop in here!
I just wanted to ask if her buddies on this thread knew about the gofund project to help her in a big way.
Read all about it on page 2 and 3 of the LOVINWuv thread.
Ok, i'm out of here, back to regularly scheduled programming!

Thank youn. Molly and DH too. Sorry I missed you breaking 100# that is Awesome!
First Post, Day 6 on IP. Each day gets easier. I work in an office and it is the New Year. Why do certain lewd fellows of the baser sort bring in all the food to share that they do not want to eat? Also I am noticing my sense of smell is getting more keen. Hey co-worker have you smelled that crap you are splashing on yourself?
I see on the news that Brett Musberger is getting a lot of crap for the attention, he focused on (Miss Alabama, and QB girlfriend). Can't say that I blame him. Looks like Fighting Irish didn't focus on the game either.
Just checking in. I noticed we had a couple of new guys that have joined since I was last on here. Welcome and good luck! I'm sure by now you are starting to get the swing of things. You will be posting some amazing results here in the weeks to come, no doubt about that.
Congrats on all of the weight loss everyone! JW, you look great! I'm sure your partner has been really happy with the new you, I know mine has been.
My uncle just had his first appointment with a coach (my christmas gift to him). He called me on his way out of the clinic extremely excited about it so I am sure he will do great.
I still can't believe I am in my 220's again. Every diet I have tried over the years I always set 220lbs as a goal. I'm only 5lbs from that and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel (180lbs).
I just wish I had this program when I was in active duty. You lose so many points (40% of total score) on the Air Force PT test if your waist measurement is over 36". I always did great on pushups, situps and the run but nearly failed every test because of that. Oh well, at least I have it now. I will be entering my 30's this year in the best shape of my life!
He is kinda hot isn't he! Oh and as a follow up on a JW comment last week did we keep your fingers busy or at the very least make you blush?

Thanks for the laugh guys. Rough few days at work here in the land of no communication. But, if/when they do communicate, it usually is useless and no help at all.
*(I do second level IT Support and several issues are falling into my lap. Nothing like maintaining 186 computers across the state that the public uses. I work for La. Dept. of Children and Family Support. These computers are set up for public to walk into an office and fill out an online application for Assistance, food stamps....etc. Well, they are starting to crap out on us now, the computers, not the public. Since I maintain all the Kiosks, it is up to me to try and figure out what's going on. I got three other people helping solve the mess. Then I get a call from a field tech that is cluless about even his own name. He leaves me a really vague voice mail and then calls our Help Desk to get a proper ticket made. Did he tell them which PC needed to be looked at? NO, did the Help Desk ask him for more information NO)
Aughhhh, just wanted to vent. I know most of that is very not interesting.
Hope everyone is doing good. WUV, are ya fingers tired yet? VET, you made ME blush. LOL
Welcome aboard. This is a great place to come and learn and share.
A slight attack of gout yesterday seems to have cleared up. The fog in my brain seems to have cleared up also. I am very glad I took vacation for the first 5 days of this. I was in some serious carb withdrawals. Strange, I am already thinking I can do this. However if you did an inventory of my books at home, you would think we were diet book collectors. I am hoping to sell them at a garage sale this spring. I couldn’t sell them before this because people would look at us and say, it obviously didn’t work.
The thing that motivated us to do this, was my daughter-in-law. She did IP and husband did WW. After 4 months, looking at him it was, “wow you have lost weight”, but her, it was more like OMG! OMG!. So we decided to try it also. We called her coach in November and she said why don’t you wait until after the Holidays. So it told me she wasn’t into filling her pocket book with as many clients as she could get, but really wanted to see someone succeed.
So anyway before we started I just about looked at hundreds of IP posting on You Tube. I recognize some people from here. My point is that several had just 1 posting on week1 or day 5 and how happy they are blah blah, then you never see another post. I don’t want to be one of those people, and for some reason I don’t think I will be one of those people.
Cool I made JW & Lisa blush, seriously dude you are rocking this and you look awesome, as does Miss Lisa. Ahhhh Help Tickets, I am good now about sending an email and waiting for the help folks to call back or email instructions. I imagine that must be frustrating, especially with aging computers.
