    Tuscany, I'm so glad the scale moved for you! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you to drop that last pound! I hope we get good news on Turtle now! And yes, we have a great group here! I just hope the other thread doesn't confuse any newbies who first post here or first post there. If they aren't paying close attention, they will think their posts have disappeared!

    Edited to add: Turtle, there you are! I'm so glad you have dropped some, but I'm still going to nag that whoosh fairy! And congrats on the compliments by F&F! Sometimes our bodies show the weight loss that the scale doesn't!

    Yay, Turtle! That is weird for me too. People say they notice and I stay the same weight but I know for me, inches always move faster than the scale. Looks like the same for you. Good job!

  • I lost a ¼ lb this morning, which is better than a gain or no change. I’m now only ¾ lbs away from goal…fingers crossed!

    Sorry I haven't been around this month. I am in over my head with my kids and their activities. I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off daily. I have upped my eating and cut back on workouts and have met and exceeded my goal for Sept.
