The new year is just about to explode upon us. We can all look back and see our successes which is amazing! We have all experienced our ups and downs, shared our tears and laughter and was here for one another no matter what the situation. This is a wonderful group of friends and I thank all of you who have made this the most easiest experience of losing weight that I have ever done. I couldn't have done it without each and everyone of you.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!!

I am going to head over and re-sign in a few minutes; I didn't let the 'wagon' just roll over me a time or two, I left it up on blocks parked in the front yard ever since October. I am just ready to get this last 20+, (probably 30+ now) pounds off and really learn stabilization and maintenance.

Good luck to all in 2010!

Default Does anyone have a copy of the 1st week meal plan?

I had all intentions of starting this week but finances are holding me back. The holiday goodies really took it's toll on me mentally and physically (despite me pleading w/ family and friends: please no sweets!!)... guess what I got....
Does anyone have a scanned copy of the 1st week plan so I can get something started?

Happy 2010 everyone!! Boy, I am glad the holidays are OVER! I have discovered that I struggle with staying OP around family and routine is so important for me to stay OP! Time to take down the Christmas tree + deco and seal it up for next year!
Much love and happiness to all!

Congrats, Lizzie! That's awesome! I just got back from being out of town from Christmas to New Years so today will be my first WI at the center since Christmas Eve. I'm excited about it though because I was soooo good while on vacation! I had a couple incidental mishaps but nothing out of control and I avoided all desserts altogether. I'm hoping I am over the 10 pound lost mark as well.
