My goal was to lose 8 pounds and reach 169, and I’ve lost an additional 4 pounds past that.
Adding exercise to my routine has definitely helped with my weight loss + fitness levels. I also haven’t had a pop since my birthday in mid-September. So all in all I’m pretty happy about that.I’m looking forward to the Thanksgiving challenge! I’ve already got my next goals figured out
