Calories at 1578 for the day. More excitingly, I hit my exercise goal for January already! Woooo!
The weight is staying put, but I'm not complaining. Not going up is a victory too.

Someone suggested making mock pumpkin pie with it but I don't want to waste my calories on lardy pie crust. I made homemade chicken soup yesterday and instead of putting in potatoes I used cubes squash. I would welcome any ideas!

LOL. I love Deal or No Deal so I can watch that and not even realize I'm walking! (Well, other shows too, L Word, and American Idol, and Dr. Phil, which some ppl hate but I like most of the shows.)
