One day at a time...Aqua - I'm glad you went to the doctor and that you'll be on a different type of plan. You may not lose quite as fast, but you'll be in much better spirits. And possibly have more lasting results. I'm glad you and your doctor will be working to get everything squared away on Monday. Take good care of yourself Chickadee!
lol We sure do give a lot of hugs around here, don't we?!
I've heard fantastic things about WW. I'm sure you'll have a lot of success with it. What does your doctor recommend? Have you considered a nutritionist?Melissa - The compliments are well deserved. You were brave to be the first one to post pictures. I'm sure one of the things most of us have in common is that we don't like having to look at what we've done to ourselves. It's funny. I don't always feel fat. I look in the mirror and I don't see it. But then I see a picture and yikes! There it is. It's funny, but over the past 9 or 10 years I've been convincing myself that I'm not as large as I appear in pictures.
Butterfly!!! Welcome new Winning Loser Chicky! You're gonna love us so, so much! There's so much support, knowledge and fun here. You came to the right place. I understand about the up and down weight loss. I think we will all help one another keep a handle on things. I know that once I reach my goal weight (and I will), that I will continue to check in and post. We're transforming our lives. I'm also a fan of Leslie Sansone.
Danielle - I'm a cookie monster! I love them! Oreos are good, but my fave store bought brand is Chips-A-Hoy. Hands down.
I understand completely what you mean about us having to change our lifestyles. If we don't, we could lose all this weight and be back 2 years later. Heavier and possibly less healthy. I love low carb too. I feel a lot better and sleep better. The night my husband and I had that pizza, just felt awful. I used to feel that way all the time, but thought it was normal. Plus I've noticed that my skin is a lot clearer. I think I just don't digest sugar, flour and dairy (except for yogurt) very well. When you don't digest things well, the body will try to work those toxins out through the skin. Also, between the low carb and the water, my appetite is not nearly what it once was.
Yes, low carb does get a horrible rap. I'm eating more vegetables now than I would be eating otherwise.
Anna - I'm sorry to hear about the car. It sucks that they seem to be going back on what they promised. Why can't people just be honest?

You're right to take it back.
Great job on the water, by the way.
Elycia - Your girls are so adorable! I know you just love them to pieces. One of my good friends in Arkansas named her twin daughters Mia and Mya also. They're about 5 or 6 now. I'm sure they keep you busy constantly.
Kenya and Butterfly - I agree that the best way to keep finding the thread is to bookmark it. We don't want to lose you two! Kenya, everytime I see your stats I'm just amazed. You've accomplished quite a bit. Congrats again on making it to the 200s.
Laramie - Check in with us and let us know how your date was. I hope you really, really enjoy yourself. Don't let your weight make you feel uncomfortable. I'm sure he already knew about it before you guys arranged the date. Just relax and have fun being out. And don't stay away so long next time!!
Please...
Well, I should wrap it up. I don't think I missed anyone. If I did, I'll catch it later. Promise! Sweet dreams everyone.

how is everyone well i slpped yesterday and today is my other daughter's b-day part so i dont think i will be that good today either so ill aim to regroup and get back on track sunday i did measure yesterday and i lost another 1/2 an inch i swear these conflicting scales are getting on my nerves anyay you guys have a great day welcome to anyone joining and congrats for everyone's progress this week
Doc tells me some people get set into an arrythmia because they aren't eating enough, too much caffiene, etc... So he does think weght loss is a good idea, but to take it in better strides. So, that's what I'm going to do. I haven't put much thought into a nutritionist, but I'm sure they would be helpful.
There's nothing wrong with you! Even your your skivvies!
If you miss a day and decide to double up on another day, that's perfectly fine. It will count for 2 days.
