And hello from a reasonably sunny day in England where it is 11 degrees!!!Good grief it took all morning to read everyone's posts!
Now where to start!!
LINUS I hope your head is feeling rather better by now and that you did enjoy your trip to the pub last night. Sympathies to you for having a neighbour who wants to clean up her flat upstairs at some un-godly hour in the morning!
Find out where her fuse box is for next time she thinks she needs to do housework! Hasn't anyone ever told her Sunday is a day of rest?
TIG Welcome to you on this site that is over-run by mad women from all over the world! I looked on your public profile and there is nowt on it!! Inquiring minds need to know things like how old you are and how in heaven you are running for 30 minutes in the sand!!
Bionic woman, move over!!!!
Good luck for Pumpkins in the Park and Creaky Bones!! You have my total admiration!

SHAD thanks for the giggle re: the Aussie elections!! And as for our T.B., you are welcome to him! I don't want him!!!
I hope you have had a good weekend in your own abode and feel refreshed enough to tackle the next three weeks head on like a raging bull...
Well done for doing your tax returns! I hope your accountant agrees with your figues! They don't usually, in my opinion!!WISH'NHow come Ty can eat all that for breakfast?

Coo lucky him is what I say!! How is the Gf? Now I know what the initials stand for I can safely ask!!
MELODY Are you recovering from the weeks nighmarish activities? And how is Jen doing now? Talking of Jen..well her bird actually...I have never met a bird that loves chicken or turkey! There again, till I had Holly, I didn't know how partial a Westie could be to salmon and Chinese (Takeaway Indian is her absolute favourite!) and mushroom soup...and everything else for that matter...
I had a great dinner last night so I thought I would share the recipie with you.
Pan fry a salmon fillet steak in olive oil. Remove. In same pan fry onion, red pepper (capiscums I think you will know them as!), sweetcorn kernals and baby courgettes (zuccini) When cooked add the salmon and mix well. Serve on a bed of spagetti or linguini or any other pasta that takes your fancy!! I gave it 10/10!!
I have half of the salmon fillet for tonight and I think I will try and do a rissotto....I will let you know when I next post!!

I can't stop laughing with the picture in my head of Linus yelling at the movers!!!
Have a great day tomorrow. A cold wave is here and I am freezing!
Best turn up the radiators!
Pain levels are rather overwhelming at present
and I have not had any spare energy reserves to use to help me in such mundane activities as getting dressed!! I slept yesterday afternoon ( :clap
Your pictures are always beautiful and very interesting. I loved the Autumn dew one a few days back and the nature ones always bring a smile! I STILL want to know how you download them though! I loved the blind man turkey hunter one! I told the scene to my mum who is 84...gave her a chuckle! I wonder if the parents had turkey for dinner yesterday, he he he!!!
(no turkey smilie).
As I said yesterday having perused through the official governmental site for tourists, I think it looks a great place...lots of woods and green areas to get out and about on your bike with DH!
:

But I am very happy!!!

the hip replacement might be sooner than the surgeon or me had thought
