Yesterday:

1. Take a Multivitamin daily - Yes
2. Drink 12.5 cups of water a day - Yes
3. Check in here every day - Yes
4. Stick with food plan (no specific diet just make healthier choices, eat smaller portions) - Did well, pre-planned dinner out last night by checking the restaurant website and deciding what to eat before getting there and stuck to it. Win!
5. Do not obsess over weight fluctuations - Doing ok

Hello everyone,

I was OP yesterday as well as today and did weight lifting + 15 min of stretching. I was up by a pound this morning (139.4 lbs) which was kind of surprising since I ate a late dinner last night and I didn't have a BM. I was expecting the scale to say something above 140.0 lbs.

Sounds like we're making great progress in reaching our goals!

Hallelujah my scale moved!!! It's a miracle! 165.6 this morning. Phew! I really hope that it doesn't pop back up tomorrow. Anyway! OP for the day, carbs were good, bloodsugar spike a little after 'lunch' (if you can call cereal lunch) but was back down after dinner. No exercise for today, back to zumba tomorrow.

Trying to find my motivation for august. It hasn't come yet but hopefully it will. I have to try and work out where I'm going to slot some exercise into my day. I think that will help with my yucky body feeling at the moment, but I am struggling with trying to overcome my fatigue and do it. One step at a time i guess, try and get diet back on track this week!

Hello girls,

lilmisschattabox - One step at a time is right! Nobody said it was easy so all you can do is try, try, try! Here's some for you.

I was OP today and lifted weights. Had a 6 hour shift from 9am-3pm (no break!) and I brought a small handful of almonds and a few small slices of watermelon to work. My plan was to tell them I had to use the bathroom (which you have to go upstairs for) and then I was gonna eat really quick. Turned out to be a total fail since it was so busy that I couldn't even use the bathroom to use the bathroom, lol!

Anyways, my weight this morning: 138.4 lbs. I'm unsure whether it will be up tomorrow morning since I ate quite late and a lot, too, though it wasn't anything heavy.

I ordered a yogamat which I am really excited about. It's light blue and one of those thick ones. I can't wait to use it!

I've had a great day. Ate very good, did a 20 min walk at work and did a Firm DVD after work. I'm feeling very strong. Gotta keep it going.

Good Evening Everyone!

It was not a happy day. I took my MIL to see her dying nephew. We stayed at the hospital for almost 3 hours--I don't like hospitals. I've only met the man one other time and now I will always remember him like this, broken and feeble and struggling...I wish I didn't go. I know 'visit the sick and afflicted' but that's very hard for me. It's my worst nightmare to go from strong and happy to shrunken, feeble, and on deaths door.

Not OP. We stopped for pizza after the hospital visit (it took us two hours to get there, then 3 hours there...my DH was starving and on the verge of fainting) so "Peace of Pizza" it was. It was attached to a cookie store. Needless to say I had two slices of pizza and soda (shot my bloodsugar to 150) and then after I checked my bloodsugar I ate a giant, yet not very good brownie. Oy vey, will I always eat my emotions? It sucks that it wasn't even a very good brownie.

My MIL (who usually drives me crazy--sorry!) was so upset and then she is so frail (and obese) that she couldn't get in the front door of my BIL's house and none of the 8 kids would get off their butts to help her that she just started bawling. I felt bad. She's coming to stay with us tomorrow night--and then we're going shopping on Wednesday.

Oh boy.

Here's hoping for a happy Tuesday.

OP for the day though a little high in calories. Didn't work out since I felt really tired today. My weight this morning: 138.0 lbs. Gotta get up at 4am so I'm gonna try to get some sleep now.

OP all day yesterday and last night working... then I got home and the "oh crap that was a long 12 hours and I'm starving" mode kicked in and I ate a piece of leftover pizza.... it was delicious! So no more carbs the rest of the day for me! Its over now but of course now the problem is I woke up craving CHOCOLATE!! Grr..... if cravings came and then went away I would be ok but with one comes another and another.... bleh..... I feel ok and I am kinda excited cause my kids open house is tonight! They go back to school tomorrow and while it doesn't make me happy, I do think it will be easier for me to sleep and get more stuff done around the house if they are all at school all day. But I will miss them! Hoping to run tomorrow and hit the gym Thursday, run Friday as well as my official weigh in on Friday. Off to eat my chicken and broccoli and no CHOCOLATE for me! Marching on!!!

Busy week and slowly reining my eating back in, although not 100% successful. Had a not too bad day today food-wise. I'm going to go back to daily weighing (used to do it when I lost all my weight last time, but been sticking to weekly this time round). Hoping it will make me think a bit more about what I'm putting in my mouth. And hopefully not backfire and think I can cheat if I've lost a little! So we'll see!

Good evening girls,

I was OP, did weight training and 15 min of stretching.

Something really weird happened today (though it's a NSV). As I clock out my boss asks me if I do any type of sports. That right there was weird in itself since he's usually very strict/quiet/moody and doesn't really talk about "personal" stuff. So anyways, I told him that I worked out at home and even though he had a hard time explaining (awkward!), he basically said that he could tell that I was a very strong person. (What?!?!) He went on saying that there are a lot of slim people who look like they're in somewhat of a good shape but they're really not. But me, I look strong. I seriously didn't know what to say so I replied with a "Thank you! Yeah well I try to work out at home as much as I can and I go for the occasional jog." And we both laughed and we wished each other a good day and left.
So even though I felt SUPER weird I was pleasantly surprised and happy. On my way home I thought "Wait a minute, do I look broad or something? Is my back too wide?! Do I look like a GUY maybe?!?!" But once I told DH about it he assured me that everything was fine and that my boss was just complimenting me on how strong I look and that's all. And that I should be happy and proud. Which I am now but dang, what a weird situation!

Anyways, I had a huuuuuge whooosh this morning and I'm pretty sure it's because TOM is over and I started a new pack of BCP yesterday. My weight this morning: 137.2 lbs

It's 9:40pm over here and I gotta get up at 4am. I hope you guys feel better and that you managed to get back on track!
