i'm back up to 250 and staying there....was that stupid b-day cake...I didn't have that much but I think it was the sugar over load cuz other than that my diet has been good.

tgif ladies!

its pouring here!!

im trying to stay patient w the scale but its hard-i uopped my oil from 2 tsp to 2 1/2 tsp(thats when i lost 1/2 lb... to 3 tsp yest and now my 1/2 lb is back---- i cannot seem to break 147!

sour milk this a.m----- gladf i bought new yest

i went over a little bit last night so i'm not even going to get on the scale. If I didn't gain it's going to stay at 250 I know it

its ok lorra im frustrated too bc i had mmy first gain since starting. wouldnt care so much if it was preceeded by 2 weeks of very small losses!

finally went to the store...didn't get Everything I need but did get about 75% of it done. Lots of on plan snacks and thats what I need to stay on track

whats up? ok sdo i ate 4 sl pizza instead of 3 and lost 1/2 lb!(go figure) that still puts me at 147----am sick of 147!!
