    andrea, hello lora. I never like olives before. Have no idea why they all of a sudden are the perfect snack food lol. I say " Do you know how many olives you could have instead of that?" the hubby laughes at me, " You and your olives."

    Oh 145, I will see that someday lol. Good for you. You get back to it and then away you go to more weight loss.
  • hey renee! thanks yea io kinda had some probs a few months bk and was gaining. you will get there too! sounds like your dh should read picture perfect weight loss-it shows you pics of different foods and theyre cal. value and compare it to healthier options of the same value usually resulting in more food for less or equal.
  • I am doing really well on the weight loss so I am not to worried about it. I have only ever wanted 1lb a week. That is about what I am doing, little more here and there. 22 weeks 26lbs.

    I just know me. I will never stick with eating things a certain way, having to count everything I eat. Not eating something because " I shouldn't have it" I eat what I want, just keeping the serving size in mind. Fit day is kind of nice because none of us want a lot of fat or carbs in our diets. To much of a good thing isn't good for us.

    I had no idea how to " diet " before. Never had to worry about my weight until this weight gain happen from meds. So I didn't even try. Thought hmmm if I keep the fat down everything should be ok. I was on the right track lol, have just tweaked it a bit here and there since the first few weeks.

    Picture perfect weight loss. Will see if I can find it on the net. Do they have ways to eat strawberry/banana crepes lol.
  • hey renee. its cool, i dont wanna be deprived either but eating what i want doesnt work for me i get hungry thats why i love being on core, im never hungry and i dont have to watch fat grams bc thats already built in.

    We find what works for us and that is great. I don't have to count anything fit day does it for me. I don't even care about that really just the fat. Fat is pretty easy to watch. Sending you a pm lol

    i wasnt gonna come here anymore but thought id giove it another try. what happened to your foot?? im so sorry. i haven e'd either but think im gonna try cuz im sick of the scale goin up n dn im not gettin anywhere. im not 145 i was like in july aug and now i can hardly remember 147! ive got af so thats no help and i had a lunch this week and now am up 3 lbs since my last official wi. im tired of this!

    I was helping a friend put up a banner and this HUGE soild wood picture frame came down on my foot...the frame was under the banner and I didn't realize it was on a tiny little nail....and to top it off STUPID me was wearing flip flops. It's getting better now..still a little bruising but thats it. It is dead around here isn't it? You have my email so don't lose touch K (((((HUGZ)))))

  • I'm stuck....the scale doesn't want to move for me I too know it's from lack of exercise. I guess T isn't coming back to the thread? I don't think we have to say goodbye forever..we just don't reply as offen. Would you like to take a look around another website I found? It has more to do than 3fc has going on. I know your kinda set with the sites you like though...just let me know
