How much have you lost A? I know it's a good amount and that is why your stuck. Try and hang in there...the closer you are to goal the harder it is to get the pounds off. Are you going to WW meetings? maybe they can give some idea's

i just never heard of being stuck after gaining 9 lbs!(have lost some of it) i started at 183 and am now 149.6.

nope no meetings. im just so pissed bc i swim in ice water for gods sake!!

It's hard to tell why your stuck sweetie...maybe try playing with your diet a little ...like more of this but less of that. maybe less salt more water that kind of thing. Maybe your body is hanging on to the weight because your swimming in ice water like polar bears ....just kidding trying to lighten your mind a little. HANG TOUGH DON'T GIVE UP

lorra thanks i did lose 1/2 lb but still up 4...grr!! i measyred my bf today in both modes normal and arhletic so the mean is like 23 which it says is normal, but on tyhe high end of normal range.

Hey Tara....Have you not had soda in while that could be why you gained. Would be from the salt ..atleast that is what I heard. Some people do fine with as much diet soda as they want others gain. Check the labels maybe you could find one with a lower sodium content. Also it could have been the lots of water too...try weighing in again tomorrow and see what happens.

How did you do today A? I haven't weigh in yet. I know it's not going to be good but I'm going to tighten it up more this week.

today went good...It's was my MIL's Birthday.... she is on WW's so I made sure it was ALL WW friendly. She was happy and excited that we didn't make her blow her diet.

Someone told me that when you go to the WW meetings you have to pay for the meeting you do not go to...Is this true? Like say or out of town or something comes and you can't make a meeting? I don't have anything coming up but still somethings come up .

as for the meetings thats why tickets are good idea bc for some rsason you dont have to fork over 2 if you miss one maybe its bc its hard to keep track and they dont realize. if all else fails, just rejoin. its cheaper

As for the meeting I don't really care anymore if you have to pay for a missed meeting or not. I guess that would be one way of letting us know we might as well go and face the music cuz you will have to pay for it anyhow. I can understand that. However if you have to miss more than a couple then yes rejoining would be the only way to go. I don't have any plans for any trips in the near future so I'm not going to let that info keep me from joining.
