  • Thursday: strength training circuit
    elliptical machine - 2.4 miles
    8 off-circuit machines
  • 3 mile WATP w/2lb weights
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body, TBT.
    Walked 2.04 miles, 4975 steps, 178 calories burned. (Buddy Dog)
  • Friday: 30 minutes at Curves
  • Thursday- I did Body by Jake workout(cardio and strength training) and did my lateral thigh trainer
    Friday- nothing
    Saturday- I worked 4-5 hours in the yard and I'm beat!
  • Sat: serious yard work, raking moving rocks, cutting and moving brush. ALso walked 2 mi on TM

    Sun: 2 mi treadmill
