It also takes people a lot longer to lose the weight then what they project in the first consultation. I have followed this plan 100% for 2 whole months and I have never lost more than 3 lbs a week. I have had 1lb loss weeks and my coach accused me of cheating, which I did not do. Every day that you don’t gain should be a good day, every day you lose should be a great day! Our bodies are a strange machine that can be affected by so many different things. Please don’t count on what they tell you in a sales pitch to be the way your body will react. Keep with the program, it will work, it just might not work as fast and spectacular as the sales pitch sounded! Keeping this in mind keeps me OP every day.
I love this! Thanks for posting this sweetsloan! I, too, have felt quite discouraged about my minimal losses. The largest I've lost while being 100% OP is 1.4 lbs. And so to see someone say that we should be grateful that we are
not gaining really removes a lot of the pressure on me. We should be proud that we're on this diet in the first place and that we're actively choosing to eat and live healthy everyday.
