So it's been seven days and I haven't lost a pound actually I've gained a pound I am unable to get myself to stop thinking about it. It really sucks because I'm so close to onederland and it just sits there. I tried to cut out the restricted but I'm afraid I will cheat if I don't have it. Plus I still feel dizzy and nauseous and really tired from this diet. I make sure I get my salt, my supplements and my oil I just can't figure it out. Could my body being starvation mode? It is so hard not seeing the scale going down and makes that apple pie look really good :-(
Hang in there, it will happen. My body fought going into onederland big time, took forever. Just know that if you cheat, you won't get into onederland for sure. Trust the process, it will work.
Are you due for TOM? That can cause some stalling and water retention. I've been losing weight but this week lost NO inches. My coach said that can be thanks to TOM waiting in the wings. If you're doing alternatives, it might also be worth checking the aspartame content of what you're using, and see if there's stuff you can switch to with sucralose instead of aspartame.

Having the same problem, my last 10 pounds came off rather nicely and now nothing will budge in fact I gained a pound, I know I am no where near the goals and achievements of other members but it drives me crazy when my body decides to plateau like this! I hate it!
Check out wuv2 bloved's latest video. She talks about something similar. For her weigh in last week, she gained a bit over a pound. She explains that she didn't change anything - didn't alter her routine - she just gained.
It happens - sometimes there's no rhyme or reason. It's not unusual.
You just have to push forward. You can do it!!!

No it is not my TOM (time of month) for 2 more weeks. I am doing alternatives but there is no aspartame:-( I am using alternatives suggested in the alternative thread. The proti- thin carmel nut protein bars and the vanilla peanut. For my non restricted I am using reclaim smart smoothie by complete nutrition cal. 120 total fat 2 g carbs 4g fiber 1g sugars 1g

I know how you feel because I am in the same situation. Actually I get that idea that it consumes ur mind. I also feel as though its very frustrating but tough through it and continue what you're doing you will get over the hump!!!
i know how you feel..one thing you might consider..is switching up your day in terms of what your eating..for example..instead of having the same thing at the same time every day..shock your body by rotating what your eating around...so if you have the smoothie in the morning and your dinner protein at dinner..try having a dinner protein at lunch and a smoothie for dinner ect...I found it helped shock my body enough to start moving again.
