    Exercise Goal: JM 30 Day Shred 5x/week

    How often do we report on here? Do we weigh in? I'm going to anyways every few days! I work at the airport and am constantly stepping across the scale to weigh luggage, so it's kinda hard not to look haha

  • July Goal: work out three times a week

    7-2: Weights 1 hour
  • I am starting slowly. My challenge this month is to exercises everyday. July1 - jogged for 30 min, July 2 first day of 30 day shred.
  • My goal for July is to use higher intensity in my workouts. I want to use intervals where I actually push myself to a level 9 four times per week.
  • 7/1~ 30DS Level 1. 30 minute Kickboxing workout. 20 miles biked.
    7/2~ 30DS Level 1. 20 minute Zumba workout.
    7/3~ Rest Day.

    GettinFit: Complete a Firm Express Rotation which consists of 4 workouts a week (I'm on day 3), Walk 3 times a week in addition to the Firm workouts
    Matilda08: workout six times a week no matter what it is my goal is to do something almost every day
    SBD_Sass: Focusing on missing ZERO days and keeping the intensity on the HIGH side for each workout
    Ferumbras: workout somehow for 30 minutes three times a week
    kurisitaru: Finish 30 day shred. (I'm on day 11), 480 minutes of cardio, 60 miles on bike
    TooManyDimples: 30 Day Shred 6 days a week, Bike 100 miles per week, Do one additional workout dvd Monday-Friday, Zumba on Saturdays
    chloekinsicle: go to the gym 21 times (which is 5x each week) and do at least 30 min of cardio, Do strength training 13 times (3x a week)
    gardenerjoy: 1300 minutes, 33 miles on treadmill

  • My goal for the month is 600 minutes of exercise. (Starting slow.)

    July 2 - 20 minutes Olympic race walking.
    July 3 - 20 minutes Olympic race walking; 40 minutes walking.
    July 4 - 20 minutes Olympic race walking; 8 minutes walking.

    Total so far: 138 minutes!
  • Just got back from a weekend away I'm a bit late but I'm baaack haha

    July goal is 1100mins cardio & 480mins strength & to walk the dogs 14x's

    I did get great workouts the 1st & 2nd but not the 3rd I'll up date with todays later
