G: I'm so sorry about your tooth! Aww! Definitely stick with the soft foods for awhile. I watched Last Comic Standing, too (well, missed a big chunk of the middle for a phone call, but I watched parts of it). Some really funny people on there this time around!

question... when you say no fruit juices, does this also mean when you juice your own? those keep a lot of the vitamins and nutrients as opposed to bottled or frozen juices.
thanks

I have not finished the book yet, but I believe the reson for no juice is that juice is really high in sugar and low in fiber so even homemade juice is not as good as the real fruit or vegitable itself.

*sigh*
I ate popcorn today.
I've been so stressed lately. Not that it's an excuse.
I went for a walk, but I ate popcorn -- somehow I've got to get ahead.
*sigh*

Hello ladies!
I'm finally starting tomorrow, when Mr Tesco man brings me my food delivery! Woo hoo! So much veg, and fruit and and beans and tofu!!! And I ordered a light vinaigrette for my salads! Yahoo! And little baby new potatoes! I think you can eat popcorn with no fat, I've seen a duck shaped popcorn maker, and it air pops them. Definitely a better choice than a large bag of cashew nuts...*guilty person raises hand...*
