Default Eat 2 Live Week #3

Good Morning everyone I hope your all doing well and excited about week Three. This is the halfway point. How are you feeling? As for me I'm feeling alright I have given up sugar and refined carbs and am still feeling a little withdrwal. It's really warm here in Co. I hope the wrather is nice where you are have a great day.

I made a killer mexican salad for dinner last nigh and my hubby ate it and liked it. He ate some tabulie with some soy sour cream it's really yummy but I'm not sure I'll be eating much of it. I made a large fruit salad and am really enjoying the great greens I added some canned greens to my steamed greens I hope thats ok.

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch Mexican salad with a tlbs soy sour cream

dinner fruit salad, great greens and maybe some lental stew. Hubby thought it was beef stew till he saw the lentels. I'm feeling good only one small slip up with coffee with cream and sugar but thats ok I'm a work in progress.

grrr... I'm having a rough time at the moment. I've had some stuff with sodium in it, which I'm hoping is the reason I haven't lost any weight... going to try to be more on top of things this week and see if maybe the scale will start to budge. ugh.

I so know how you feel I feel I'm doing really well and the scale wont budge it's very discurageing I know everyone is differnt but I want a big old loss I hear of people lossing 30 40 50 pounds and I'm like I want that to be me I'm just feeling down about this whole thing right now I did just eat some yummy greens but it wasn't chocolate or sugar it's juat not the same. I wonder if I'm desdened to be fat for ever.

Good afternoon,
Today was not a good day. But after I exercised it got better

Breakfast banana, 1/2 a bagel with soy cream cheese, cearealwith soy milk

Snack a handful of peas

lunch great greens, portabla wrap, odwalla berries gomega bar

Dinner lental stew and an oragnge

yesterday and today I've been really down I'm not sure why maybe it's the lack of refined sugar. Or my inpending root cenal do you think antibiotics cause the blues?

Today was my weigh in and I lost a pound I think thats good

Breakfast taco salad from a reseterant I only ate a little bit it made me feel kind of ill.

lunch boccoli oriental with tomato sauce

dinner fruit salad

I also have some grilled veggies and an odgwal bar a nd some peanuts with me but I'm not sure if I'll eat them I'm not relly to hungery today.

Hi all!

Hope you've had a good day.
Today I had a good dieting day, if I could only manage to eat some more veg, it'll be brilliant. Tomorrow I have to eat cake though... But, I guess that's life. I'll only have one small piece, and tank with lots of bean salad and water beforehand.

Good morning it's been a few days since I've been on line. I had my root canel yesterday so yesterday was a planed cheat day I had pintos from toaco bell and a cheese quasadila. It was not vegan at all but that is all I ate all day manly since i was a sleep most of the day. This morning I made a blended salad with blue berries, banana, manderin ornages, and spinich it is really good. I learned why to use a carot to smuch down the spinich
also don't where a white work shirt when your makeing it for the first time as some came back on my shirt. I forgot my lunch Today so my DH went to the store and bought me some he's a good guy and very supportive I'm feeling really good today I'm a little sore but other then that I'm fine. I hope this is'nt TMI but does anyone ever have issues with gas? It's been driving me nuts lately. I was just wondering if there was something you do speacel for it or any thing? Tonight I plan on makeing a big salad and put it in zip lock bags also make the soup for the week it's been hot so maybe I'll make some gaspachio. have a wonderful day and weekend.
