Hi!! Whew! I was getting lonely here! Let's see. You do the Start it up dvd for a couple days or till you can do it straight through.Then you do Ramp it up for 2 weeks and Burn it up for the remainder of the 6 weeks! You can switch them around abit,like say you don't want to exercise for 55 mins because you walked for 30-45 mins. or biked you can do Start it up!
Do try to do the slim in 6 abs everyday though,it sure works!
I just take multi vitamins I don't bother with the supplements or the 2 day fast.I tried the 2 day fast and didn't lose any weight,but some people do!

Hi Trixie! Yes it is cardio AND strenght training,really good tapes! I would recomend them to anyone!And the resistance band comes with the package!

HI!! Sorry it took so long to get back to you!!! I live in Canada so up here it cost $70.00 at Costco I here it is cheaper in the States!! Where are you from??

Default SI6 is the best!

Oh this workout is the best!!! I lost 30 lbs with these dvd's. Unforutnately I stopped working out and stopped eating right so it came all back. But the way you feel after completing a dvd...I can't describe it. It made me feel like I can go out and run 10 miles if I wanted to. It gives you a lot of energy and pushes you will see toning up in like, the second week. And when you finish one, it gives you that extra boost you need to keep with your diet and your excercise regime. Because when you do these workouts, it's not worth eating the junk food. Trust me, you'll be working too hard to wanna spoil it with bad food.

I can't wait to start it up again. I've recently gone throught some physical pain due to a failed pregnancy, so I haven't been able to excercise and some days, I've barely been able to walk. But once the doctor gives me the ok, this will definitely be something I'm going to start again. And you should start it up again. Of course when you're feeling better (you don't wanna make the damage permanent, now). Good luck!

Well! Tomorrow is the day!!! I'm starting fresh with my SI6 and my Beat the Bulge game!!! I'm stoked! Guess I'll be 125 in 6 weeks from now! Whoo Hoo! Hope I can stick to it......
