Hi!! Whew! I was getting lonely here! Let's see. You do the Start it up dvd for a couple days or till you can do it straight through.Then you do Ramp it up for 2 weeks and Burn it up for the remainder of the 6 weeks! You can switch them around abit,like say you don't want to exercise for 55 mins because you walked for 30-45 mins. or biked you can do Start it up!
Do try to do the slim in 6 abs everyday though,it sure works!
I just take multi vitamins I don't bother with the supplements or the 2 day fast.I tried the 2 day fast and didn't lose any weight,but some people do!
