I only did half of ramp it up yesterday. I just wasn't feeling it!!! Should I count that as my 3rd consecutive day or should I start all over and shoot for 6 straight days? I think I will start over just to keep myself motivated to reach the 6 days in a row!!!
Go to wowy.com. It's a Beachbody website (doesn't cost to use). It's a place where you log your exercise and you have "buddies" to exercise with during the time. You stay logged in for the duration of your exercise, leave little messages to encourage others. It's a motivator to actually do the exercise. For me at least on some days.

Was feeling horrible today, its the first day of my TOM, and just blah, today hasn't really been an great day... But I tried SI6 today, and I'm getting a little better, I still haven't conquered SIU, but I got 5 more minutes completed than last time...
Oh and my legs are killing me, I feel this so much more than when I work out at the gym like I said before, maybe I wasn't "pushing" myself as hard as I thought

Yeah! Glad to see you there. I'm done, but I'm going to go out and work on my couch to 5k. It's finally sunny here and not too cold. I like doing my workouts in the morning. That way I actually do them and the rest of the day I feel pretty good. The time change this morning had me (actually my husband ) behind so my schedule was all jacked up this morning. Yesterday was crazy as far as the time change went, I was so mixed up!! I don't know why it affected everyone so much this time round,crazy stuff!!
