Well, today I went out for a walk, I did 30 minutes, and then some stretching excercises at home. Tomorrow I'll try to do 15 minutes walking and 15 running.

4k run, 2.5k level 20 hills, some weights, and then the fire alarm went off so I shivered outside the gym for 15 minutes, dripping sweat on the pavement while people walked past on their way to work...
100 jumps in a jogging rope (how awful! I had to stop at 50, I was loosing my breath!) and 50 push ups, off course whit my knees. Later I'll go out for a walk whit my husband.

I went to the gym this morning mainly because my shower was blocked and I wanted to use theirs before getting some stuff to sort it out, and ended up running my fastest ever 10k at under 59 minutes
This afternoon's exercise will be carting a 20kg rucksack around. I pick it up and I can't believe I've nearly lost twice that - it's so heavy!!!
