I'm going to stop this falling off the bottom of the page.
I went to the gym this morning mainly because my shower was blocked and I wanted to use theirs before getting some stuff to sort it out, and ended up running my fastest ever 10k at under 59 minutes
This afternoon's exercise will be carting a 20kg rucksack around. I pick it up and I can't believe I've nearly lost twice that - it's so heavy!!!
