Hi everyone, glad to hear you are going to give it ago. I havent weighed myself yet but i dont feel like i have put weight on!i have been eating for England and i can honestly say i have never once been hungrary. Im sure if we stick together we can do it and make it through the weekends when its very tempting to drink!! Veggie do you have any idea how many syns are in a paket of Bachlor super noodles? I know that noodles are free but im not sure about the added sachet of flavouring?

Hello Everyone I'm also going to give SW another go. It was the most successful diet I have tried in the past. (I can't really blame it for the weight I added when i slipped off can I ?

Angelainlove I think the Super Noodles are 3.5 for 100g boiled.
I live in Holland so have to guestimate a lot of foods. On good days I guess, then add at least 1 sin, on bad days it goes the other way ! Oh well,

Like most of us will have, I've read library shelves of books that say 'find out the reason behind your overeating' and, though I'm quite into naval gazing, I could never get even an inkling about that so had begun hoping it was a red herring and that I needn't find that out before shedding some flab.
So I decided to take another tack and have been reading a great book about Motivation that says the 3 main reasons people don't achieve their goals are: 1 Having other (hidden) goals that compete with stated goals, 2 wrong environment and self delusional strategies, eg having a cupboard full of kitkats or absolutely having to walk to the post office (where incidentally they also sell chocolate) then hoping your will power will see you through, it mostly wont - well mine wont. And 3rd poor tracking. So today I added a tracker to my signature and I'm not sure if it will motivate me or fill me with despair.
But I'll give it a go...

Veggie, your info is definitely more up to date than mine.

Sorry if my answer was too optimistic Angelinlove2003

That's a new slant, have a selection of versions and chose the one with the best sins ! Yeah, I think I could learnt to live with that. Though it might defeat the object a tad ?

Well done veggie!i read your weekend post and you did really well!!thanks aswell for the info on the noodles i think i will try and stay clear of them now- as i was eating alot of them!! I really like them but im not going to risk failing at the diet because of them. Do you know if the noodles that you put in stir fries are free?the ones i picked up the other day were egg noodles stored in oil and when i read that it put me off!if not i will have to live without noodles Sorry to ask so many questions I think my book is an older one that yours and doesnt give me as much information. Congratulations again!!!

I dunno have you looked on the members site? If you have the brand name you can search syns online or put the details off the packet into the syns calculator.
