What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have a lot less weight to use, so every pound is a struggle! Also, I am losing at school which is harder (can we say dorm food?)

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: The desire to binge. I start eating and I don't want to stop until i end up feeling like a blimp. I use food as a security blanket - when my day doesn't go well, I turn to food. I really gotta stop that!
Following any specific plan: I was trying the insulin resistance plan. I think i will go back to that. Eat a protein with every carb. Balance carbs - 15 grams of protein to 30 grams of carbs.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I really don't know. I think that's my problem. I haven't really gotten into it yet. This is a hurdle I have to overcome.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Food has always been my security blanket, my consolation, and my best friend basically. So it's very hard to say no to Zebra Cakes and Cheeseburger Macaroni when I'm having a stressful day, but I've learned that overindulging will only make me more upset afterwards because I am not only stressed, I also feel miserable about eating too much.
Following any specific plan: Weight Watchers POINTS, though I've modified it a bit (using an older plan, before they had Flex Points, because it suits my lifestyle better and helps to keep me on the plan), trying to work out a little more, haven't really had much time.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have really stuck to the diet this time, it's been quite a while that I have stayed within this weight range/clothing size. I put on a few pounds about a month ago and took them off again, and I really just want to stay within the 125-135 pound range for the long-term.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm doing it for different reasons. Before it was purely because I wanted to look better. This time I want to lose the weight because I've been thinking a lot about my health and also the health problems some of my relatives are having now (especially diabetes). Also, I've been embarassed to talk about my weight in the past, but this time I'm trying to get a good support system going.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: well i went from 195 to 140 and then from 140-240 because im so busy that i seem to just stop caring.... i grab fast food on my way from class to work or work to class.... and i sit on my *** and write papers instead of working out... but now i realize that im not comfortable in my own skin... and thats BAD i need to fix that pronto

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I love love LOVE junk food, can't get enough! But the biggest hurdle is that I am an incredibly picky eater and don't like many vegetables or anything that is good for you so its tough for me to find things I like to eat that aren't fattening.
Following any specific plan: Mainly just watching what I eat and how much I eat. I allow myself one good snack a day so I don't go crazy and pig out too much. I've started walking during my lunch hour (two miles) so hopefully this works! I'm also taking a diet pill as well but am not relying too much on that.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Before I just wasn't motivated enough! I didn't have a scale in my apt so I never weighed myself, but the other week went to the doc and she weighed me and I saw I weigh almost 200 lbs and I realized that I need to stop being lazy and get healthy!!
