Breaky~protein/fibre shake and cheese string

Lunch~ 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1oz colbyjack cheese

Supper~ 2 slices tomato, 2 cubes steaks, one with gorgonzola butter, and ther other with dijon sauce I had to try them both, and they were both keepers.

Totals, Calories 1003, carbs 18, fibre 5.

5:30 - Triple tall sf vanilla breve (8)
6:00 - Bacon (0)
8:30 - Cheddar cheese (1)
10:30 - Cucumber slices (3)
12:00 - a little more cheddar (1)

**The Plan**

2:00 - Steamed spinach (1)
6:00 - Mongolian (5)

Total = 19
Veggie Carbs = 9
