Although, most days a fresh, fizzy Coke is all that separates me from bliss. That's going to be the single hardest aspect of SBD for me. Well, that & not nibbling on DS's food.

Jenn, a pound in a week is nothing to sneeze at! After the first week or two, you shouldn't really lose more than 10% of your body weight per week, so as long as you're averaging that, you're right on track.

I actually had some lovely grilled steak tips & a green salad & 2 glasses (which was typed as galles before I corrected it!)...we had some fun...and now I know wayyyyy too much about my fellow co-workers!
